Education: Master of Social Work Student at Wilfrid Laurier University (In progress), Bachelor of Arts Honours in Psychology with a Minor in Family & Child Studies at the University of Guelph.

Areas of Specialty: I offer therapy sessions for youth and adults on topics such as Anxiety, ADHD, Autism/ Neurodivergence, Family and interpersonal relationships, Gender identity and expression, School related concerns, Self-esteem & worth, Social skills, Boundaries, Stress management, and 2SLGBTQIA+ identities.

Personal Philosophy: I believe that just like my many houseplants, we can all grow and thrive with the right support and care. I strive to create a compassionate and supportive environment to explore, accept, and celebrate the things that make folks uniquely themselves while building on skills and confidence that can help to navigate life’s challenges and big feelings. I am committed to bringing my kindness, empathy, and most authentic self to support folks in feeling validated and supported in their journeys.  
My work is grounded in a strengths-based, Neurodivergent inclusive, and LGBTQ+ affirming perspective. I draw from learnings on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Art & Play, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy Skills, and Narrative Therapy.
