Education: Theology (MA) and Divinity (MDiv): Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy, Wilfrid Laurier University. Member of the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.

Experience: Three years of working with kids and youths with autism. One year of working in the hospital as spiritual care student.

Areas of specialty: With a specialized focused on children and youth counselling and a background in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), I have dedicated my practice to fostering the growth and well-being of children and youth. Additionally, my experience in the hospital setting have afforded me the privilege of working with the geriatric population, deepening my understanding of the unique challenges they face. My expertise spans across age groups, allowing me to provide inclusive and impactful care.  

Personal Philosophy: At the core of my personal philosophy is the unwavering belief in creating accessible and nurturing spaces for individuals seeking growth and healing. I am dedicated to implementing evidence-based approaches, drawing from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Systemic and Client-Centered Approach, and Strength-Based Counselling. These frameworks serve as the foundation for fostering resilience and empowerment. Moreover, my commitment extends to the integration of spirituality into care, recognizing the profound impact it can have on holistic well-being. In every therapeutic interaction, my goal is to facilitate a collaborative journey towards positive transformation and a renewed sense of purpose for those I am privileged to support.
