Personal Philosophy: I provide a compassionate and supportive environment for clients to explore their stories, gain insight, and make the changes to achieve their wellbeing goals. I use an integrated approach which includes a people-centred and solutions-oriented focus, based on the client’s strengths and aspirations. I draw on learnings from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Theory, and Narrative Therapy.
