Areas of Specialty: I offer therapy for adults on topics such as Anxiety, Burnout, Communication & Conflict Resolution, Depression, Emotional Resilience, Family & Interpersonal Relationships, Life Transitions, Self-Esteem & Worth, Stress Management, Work-Life Balance

Personal Philosophy: I provide a compassionate and supportive environment for clients to explore their stories, gain insight, and make the changes to achieve their wellbeing goals. I use an integrated approach which includes a people-centred and solutions-oriented focus, based on the client’s strengths and aspirations. I draw on learnings from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Family Systems Theory, and Narrative Therapy.

Our office at 18 Walnut St. will be closing for the final time on June 19th.

Our new office, located at 203-1315 Bishop St. N., will be opening for its first day of operations on June 24th.

All programs currently based out of our Walnut St. office will be moved to this new location. No other programs or operations at other facilities will be impacted. If you are unsure how you'll be impacted, please ask your counsellor or contact our reception desk at (519) 621-5090.
